John conroy/member photos

Adds photos beside current members on the members page and moves the layout into rows of two members each. Non-current members remain as bulleted lists. Replaces existing icons with svg files and adds icon links below each member's name for the various services. There is a little extra space between icons on smaller screens.

Also upgrades html-proofer to get more useful errors there and updates the global meta tag to work with media queries to fix responsive issues.

Looks good, I tested locally in Firefox and chrome with different device sizes
