John conroy/update positions #319

Adds Bioinformatician and Senior Bioinformatician positions. Removes outdated positions.

I took my best guess at how you would want links handled in the first section.
I added a mailto: link to your email address in the 'How to Apply' section.
I needed to remove a link to one of the removed positions in the news section.
