Hi again,
With the vignette data, scde.browse.diffexp(ediff, o.ifm, cd, o.prior, groups = groups, name = "diffexp1", port = 1299) gives a blank webpage.
scde.browse.diffexp(ediff, o.ifm, cd, o.prior, groups = groups, name = "diffexp1", port = 1299)
Tried to start a Rook server by myself, not helpful.
Tried to call ViewDiff directly, but it is not exported
Any suggestions?
