Channel range widget input #147

Testing https://hms-dbmi.github.io/vizarr/?source=https://uk1s3.embassy.ebi.ac.uk/idr/zarr/v0.1/plates/422.zarr/F/1/0 when I click the up/down buttons for the contrast limits controls, nothing happens. If I try to edit the text e.g. try to delete the last 0 from 2000 the slider itself updates to show 200 but the text input still says 2000.

Ah, I think I know what's going on here. Fixed in #148
