feat: Replace material UI with tailwind (and shadcn)

Material is deprecated and a clunkly CSS-in-JS solution. This PR migrates vizarr to use tailwind.

TODO:

• [ ] Fix deck.gl jitter when using Select UI
• [x] Numeric inputs for contrast sliders not syncing
