Give user readable errors in ignition 7.9 on auth credentials being incorrect rather than logging the url. Matches equivalent Ignition 8 functionality in ebe77dc35c6f0ea61c2e109c7d42c89b2595566e and 5df8fc28f5137ddb8342dfbdb098babffd1aaba8
