Consider creating the ability to trigger an alert storm when there are X (or more) alerts from the same Management Pack.
Examples where this might be useful:
SQL Always On: When I trigger a failover, I get several alerts for database replica (enough to trigger a storm), but also for availability group replica (not enough to trigger a storm).
Active Directory: Two separate alert storms triggered for two different Domain Controllers for unable to ping FSMO role. This would have been better combined as a single Alert Storm.
