Manage report content from tables #3

Current dashboard reports are hard-coded with respect to content and content placement. Add tables to SCORE to control content and sequence of content. Minimum specifications:

  1. Report Name
  2. Content Item (name or XML)
  3. Sequence
  4. Formatting parameters (string, subtable or XML)

Selected reports now have entries in both dbo.ReportHeader and dbo.ReportContent. Entries in ReportContent will drive the appearance/content of the related ReportHeader.
