Adding finer control to sliders #54

I'm using dat.gui to live finetune some variables of a program. My program 
live-updates on change of any of the variables, when I find an approximate 
value that I like, I want to be able to have fine-grained control over these 
values.

A proposal would be to reduce the step-size while holding control.
