Feature request: Save authentication for "Get issues From server" #72

Currently each time i want to gather the issues list i have to set again User and Password, i would like to see them prefilled with the last value i used:

This is my current setting is:

Apache NetBeans IDE 10.0 (Build incubator-netbeans-release-380-on-20181217) running on Java 10.0.2 64-Bit Server VM
SonnarQuebe Community Edition Version 7.7 (build 23042)
radar-netbeans release 3.1

Currently, only when you use the first option, it looks for credentials previously entered for the configured server url.
