Only sees partial songlist, must enter practice menu before full songlist is available

This happens every time I first load into the game. I can only see like 10 or 20 (I didn't count) songs before I can see the whole song list, and to get the whole songlist I have to exit, enter practice, then exit practice and reenter freeplay to see the whole list. It's also always the same 10~20 songs that I can see, and from what I noticed never varies.

This is actually because we boot the game so fast, the game hasn't finished scanning the dlc et. Gh2 didn't have a mechanism to wait for the songs to finish scanning. Typically waiting a few seconds, or exiting and reentering song select will be enough time to load the rest
