Fix and add Spanish cmds and update URLs #10

Some URLs were still pointing towards the old guide
!keynav was pointing towards a broken Discord GIF
Certain accented characters caused the bot to spit garbage out
Added !config, !song, !grey, !ps3, and !himem commands
