Entering the customizer from the main menu with a sub-menu open leaves main menu in a weird state

Describe the bug If you enter the Track Theme customizer while a sub-menu is open on the main menu and then exit the customizer, the game returns to the main menu where the sub-menu is still open, but not visibly. Scrolling up and down still shows sub-menu items.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Main Menu, select anything with a sub-menu (play, etc)
2. Open theme customizer
3. Exit
4. Scroll up and down in an invisible sub-menu except for transitioning name highlights

Expected behavior Main menu should reset state when being returned to.
