Changing instrument/difficulty between songs causes crash #730

Describe the bug When in a setlist, going to a different difficulty or instrument crashes the game.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make a setlist and finish the first song.
  2. Click on "Change Difficulty" or "Choose Instrument."
  3. Scroll down to a different diff/instrument and select it.
  4. Crash.

Expected behavior The game should select the new difficulty or instrument and close the menu.

Additional context Encountered in Quickplay, not tested in other modes.

Affects online as well. Changing difficulty during the song is fine but changing it on the score screen will usually cause crashes. This is even if a non-host player does it. Worked fine in Beta 7.
