Difficulty Ring shows incorrect difficulty (RPCS3) #754

Describe the bug When selecting specific songs, the circle showing what difficulty the song is, is different from when you load the song

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Select Whip It by Devo on Bass (for example)
Observe the difficulty before playing the song
Get prompted the wrong difficulty when playing the song

Expected behavior The Difficulty should be the same

Another Replicate: Played "No One Knows" on X ProDrums and M Guitar. Drums should be Max Difficulty and Guitar is 6/7. On Load, song shows Guitar is 7/7 and Drums is 6/7.

Not a huge deal but notable
