adjust title font #14

I suggest a big aggressive font and sizing for the title, reminiscent of the poster. Probably it should run the width of the poster (so be resizable).

I am thinking about this in tandem with the horizontal navigation you've requested in #6. Will let you know when I've come up with something that fits.

I experimented with this quite a bit, including the following option,

and have arrived at something that I believe will work. You have your large, bold font for the title that responsively spans the width of the table,

and I will incorporate the navigation for the other things you mentioned (likely as a series of tabs) below the table. Having a large title, horizontal navigation immediately below and then the table looked awkward.
