Slow rendering of mathjax #19

Loading the page takes 5 seconds on my super-fast desktop machine (running Ubuntu with Firefox or Chromium). Can this be improved?

Another solution would be (if possible) to display some kind of progress bar while things are loading up instead of what looks like a broken page with all the LaTeX code appearing in place of the rendered equations.

I won't be able to improve this, but will add the mathjax progress bar.

I have introduced the mathjax progress bar on the lower right while things are being loaded.
