Some latex code not being interpreted in background. #23

[You are probably aware of this issue, but recording the issue so it can be ticked off.]

The latex \emph, \tt, \', and \endnote is not interpreted by MathJax and so shows up as latex in the background section.

The background section is a work in progress, and essentially verbatim copied from your Description.tex. :) I will be fixing these things as I match up with the newer content on the poster.
