Partial fix for #37

Note: The CI failure is test_pil_to_pixbuf_is_faster_via_opencv:

AssertionError: 0.21509298399999466 not less than 0.18036095400000818 : via_cv took longer for tests/assets/kant_aufklaerung_1784-binarized/data/OCR-D-IMG-1BIT/OCR-D-IMG-1BIT_0017.png
