Help migrate user data from Google sheets to Github

@Rubylena will move video and content sheet to design team, note you need to check and move design sheet as well

@oyedeyeye will move ops and marketing sheet to their respective ops sub-teams, note you're in charge of 3 sub-teams under ops. check your email for the invite

@piouson I was assigned to the task but don't seem to have admin rights to do the task.

For maintainers to be able to add members, You have to assign maintainer role at the level of the parent team. This will help Acces to Child teams

For my assigned duty, I need maintainer role on fury ops team to be able to access marketing and so on
