Implement Contact Us endpoint with unit tests

Implement Contact Us endpoint.

What did you do?

Added ContactUs endpoint to handle CRUD operations.
Created GetAllContactUsQueryHandler to retrieve all ContactUs messages.
Set up AutoMapper profile for ContactUs entity mapping.
Developed unit tests for the ContactUs endpoint to ensure proper functionality.
