Description

This Pr provides support for graphql with basic setup and Usermanagement and Roles queries and Mutations setup

Changes proposed

Add graphql project
Add @me and login query and mutation

Setup project to support graphql
Implement a query resolver for @me handler
Implement a Mutation resolver for login handler

What did you do?

Setup project to support graphql
Implement a query resolver for @me handler
Implement a Mutation resolver for login handler
Implement query resolver for get role by id and get all permissions
Implement Mutation for Create Role and Google Login
Set up Cors
