chore: setup successful docker builds #332

Description

  1. Update the dockerfile to prevent copying/creating of app.env
  2. Set up the docker compose files to use the env file
  3. Update the built binary name in the Dockerfile
  4. Set Nginx as the only exposed port
  5. Create a script that duplicates env vars ​ ​

    How Has This Been Tested?

  6. Extensive testing on a separate virtual machine ​
