[Bug]: Make "Compare All" Feature Text Clickable

Description

The "Compare All" features text on the pricing page is currently non-functional. This ticket aims to make the tab clickable and direct users to make comparison between two pricing plans.

Acceptance Criteria

• The "Compare All" features tab is visible and clearly labeled on the pricing page under the settings tab.

• The "Compare All" features tab is clickable.

• Clicking the "Compare All" features tab redirects users to a dedicated comparison page.

• The comparison page displays a clear and comprehensive overview of all features/benefits across different pricing plans.

-The new page opens when a user clicks the "compare all" tab has a "Back" button so users can go back to the settings page at will.
