[BUG]: Change the users default profile picture to the initials of their first and last name

Description

Currently, when a user onboards into the HNG boilerplate, then enlarge the dropdown at the top right corner, then go to Overview > Profile > General. The users initials shown on the top right hand corner of the platform doesn't tally with that shown on the profile picture displayed in General.

Acceptance Criteria

• The profile picture for users who haven't uploaded their custom picture should mirror the default profile picture generated for users which can be found at the top right hand corner of the website
• When a user has successfully uploaded their profile picture, the same picture should reflect on the image shown at the top right hand corner of the website.
