As a user, I want the Roles and Permissions page to adjust its layout based on the screen size, so I can access it easily on any device.

[ ] The Roles and Permissions page adjusts its layout according to the screen size, providing a seamless experience on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
[ ] Sidebars and non-essential elements are collapsed or hidden on smaller screens to optimize space.
[ ] Forms and buttons remain accessible and functional across all devices.
[ ] The page is tested and functions correctly across a variety of screen sizes.

Go to responsive mode on your browser and test various screen sizes.
