[Fix]: Implement responsiveness on Create role page

Description

Current state : The Create Role page is not responsive.

Resolution: Implement responsiveness on "Create Role" page so that admins can easily create roles on any device, regardless of screen size.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] The "Create Role" page layout is fully responsive and adapts seamlessly to various screen sizes.
[ ] All form elements, text, and buttons are appropriately scaled and positioned on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
[ ] Typography is adjusted for readability on smaller screens without text overflow or overlap.
[ ] Adequate padding and margins are maintained between elements on the page, ensuring a clean and uncluttered layout.
[ ] Navigation elements do not interfere with the form, and buttons are easily clickable on all devices.
[ ] The page is fully tested across different devices, screen sizes, browsers, and orientations.

Expected Outcome:

The "Create Role" page is fully responsive, providing a consistent and user-friendly experience across all devices and screen sizes, ensuring that admins can easily create roles on any device
