[Enhancement]: [FE ANCHOR] Add Contact Us Link in Contact Information Section on the Terms and Conditions page #1245

Description

The contact information section mentions contacting us but doesn't include a direct link to the contact page. A link should be added for easier user navigation.

Acceptance Criteria

A link is added within the contact information section that redirects users to the correct Contact Us page.
