[Fix]: As a user I want to be able to see what I have selected when I am in the setting page

When a section is selected, the interface should visually indicate the selection and load the selected content seamlessly.

When a section is selected, it should be visually highlighted (e.g., change in background colour, border, etc.) to indicate the selection.
Selecting a section should load and display the associated content without page reload.
Ensure that selecting a new section deselects the previous one.
The selection and highlighting behaviour must be consistent across different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
The selected section must be accessible via keyboard navigation (e.g., using the "Tab" key) and must have a clear focus indicator.
If the section cannot be selected due to an error, an appropriate error message should be displayed.
