[Feature]: [Phoenix] As a user, I should be able to get a notification immediately i created a role on the admin settings feature

When a user creates a role in the admin settings, there is currently no immediate notification provided to confirm the action.

Expected Outcome:

Users receive a clear and immediate notification on the front-end after creating a role.

The notification accurately confirms the successful creation of the role without disrupting the user’s workflow.

Acceptance Criteria:

A notification is displayed on the front-end immediately after a role is created in the admin settings.

The notification clearly indicates that the role creation was successful.

The notification is positioned appropriately and does not obstruct the user interface or workflow.
