[Feature]: [Phoenix]As a user, I want to be able to filter and select specific options in the user tracking feature

The current functionality doesn't allow a user to choose from the list of filter option displayed.

Expected Outcome:

Users are able to select filter options from the displayed list.

The selected filters are applied, and the search results are updated accordingly.

Acceptance Criteria:

Users can click on and select filter options from the list.

The selected filters are applied to the search results dynamically.

The user interface updates to reflect the selected filters accurately.
