Spawn jobs within jobs #7

Simply make it possible to access job doer from within any job, to queue new jobs? This must be possible in any gameplay code.

[ ] Decide on how to access this functionality from the outside.
[ ] If useful, create an easy way to create and queue batches of jobs.

For now I will leave it as is. If the usage requires some sort of global access and/or restrictions they can implement it or request a change in the lib code then.
