Git cloning failed! #1

Awsome job! I'm just working on this topic and find your data. Very lucky for me!

However, when I use git clone to clone your repo, I get an error:

error: unable to create file 6-deep_learning/2-FAST/PLANet/2-train/true_lig_alone_modify_dists/shuffle_true/epoch_500/diff_split/rm_core_ids/PDBbind_minimized_intersected_Uw_union_Uw/complex_6A/train_PDBbind_minimized_intersected_Uw_union_Uw_median_Rm_core_ids_cpx_1.sh: Filename too long

So maybe you can re-arrange your file tree to make it possible for easy cloning? Many thanks!

Hello, sorry for the delayed response. The filename has been shortened now, you can have a try to see if it works.
