LM results in csv file #168

When having analyzers with different predelays, all the analyzers are listed, but if you have analyzers with different gates, they are not.

Also, when displaying many results, user wants a table like so, not separated results. The table will allow graphing in Excel.

This is going to be onerous. The analyzers use the LMMultiplicity table, which does not include predelay, therefore, there is no difference seen in INCC6 between analyzers with the same gate/different predelays. I will untangle it.
