[BUG] Past trainings are indicated as undefined

the database was new. i have now an update with the database from 4.1. the trainings are visible but difference with the version ho4.1 4.1: 5.0 (r3824):

Cacciatore one week earlier could be because of changed training formula - i hope you will train him accordingly and see progress one week earlier than predicted by 4.1 formula.

But what is the case with Arigoni - is he already at "sehr gut"?

.18 progress per week for a 29 years old winger is a little bit too much - i think but is even better than no progress for weeks as given by 4.1 prediction

did you change your training settings?

no, mi SA training is since 8 weeks

the new training formula introduced with #250 is still not used in all places (especially prediction is still calculated with old one).

user configurable factors are part of the old formula. Question is, if they are still useful?

now Schum's formula is the only used formula for adults training

will be removed in one of the next versions or replaced by coefficients of Schum's formula
