Introduce tournament support, GUI and functionalities to be defined:

1) download and store tournament details in new table in the database: what to get? what to store?
2 ) present tournament info fixtures ? ranking ? in a dedicated GUI ?

When step 1) is done, it would be possible to close #284

@sophiastr this is a very difficult one. I suggest you to start with something easier.
