Update php requirements to match Magento 2.3.3 #49

Bump composer php requirements to 7.3 to match latest M2 version, as far as I can tell there it works fine with no code changes.

This module has been inactive for a while so no idea, in the meantime I've been using my fork instead: https://github.com/jahvi/magento2-Ho_Templatehints
