accsupp is not ready for luatex

fails when compile with lualatex with

\ACCSUPP@bdc ->\pdfliteral

l.34 ...upp {method=hex,unicode,ActualText=D83EDD86}

As a work-around one can load luatex85.

that's odd, I thought I'd found all occurrences of \pdf* when adding all the packages to this repo. Clearly missed that. Will fix thanks.
