[feature] Use Top row of knobs on the nanoKONTROL as a limiter #106

One thought that came to my mind when I stood up and turned on my PC was this - isn't it a shame that we cannot put the top row of knobs on the NK2 for anything yet? Other sound mixers would put a gain for the input source here, which wouldn't be too useful in our case - or would it?

The idea is the following: Use the knob to "limit" the volume range you can set with the fader below.

Example: I set the knob to 50% - now, if I pull up the fader to max, it will only have a value of 50 instead of 100. Example: I set the knob to 50% - now, if I set the fader to a 50-50 position, it will have a value of 25 instead of 50. If you wouldn't want to use this feature, you'd just set the knobs to 100% (all to the right).

I think this would sometimes really help with "loudness" differences of different programs. What do you think?
