Problem with iqnuiring unicode names on windows8.1 with python3.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. name BT device for example uni`cód’e
2. try to run inquiry.py example script from windows8.1 machine with python3.4 
interpreter

What is the expected output?
xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:x - uni`cód’e

What do you see instead?
Python interpreter crash

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PyBluez 0.20
Windows 8.1
Python 3.4

Please provide any additional information below.
Python 2.7 works fine
Inquiry on Linux works fine both for python 2.7 and 3.4
