Fix bug when eval #5

There is an error when evaluate the BLEU score using beam search. I'm trying to figure out the causes and fix ASAP

I found that while the error requires deep understanding of this code, trimming the input file can help. Trying to see if it works...

After trim the input sentences, the error is dissapear. While it's not resolve the current problem, I will close this issue to focusing on other tasks.
