Although I'm not delighted to, I think that in order to not support the current
interface we should hold that data as SynchronizedCollection<T>.

I'm not happy with that, because there are better structures to store
synchronized collection, but this one won't be expose to the outside world,
they will only get an IList instance.
itaysa and class, I would like to hear your thoughts.

Since possible bottlenecks will probably be in the network traffic anyway, I
don't think this matters much. Especially since having too many threads is not
recommended anyway....
I ended up using a single thread approach, so it's not that critical to me...

Yeah, but I still want the library to be muddleheaded. I think that I'll go
with that approach in the next version (1.9).

Update: SynchronizedCollection isn't supported in PCL 4.0.
I'll try to figure out a new solution.
