build Dokeos/Chamilo Plugin #466

according to the Moodle Plugin there should be a Dokeos Plugin

Kunthar would like to build it.

Hi there,
We will be looking in the coming months at integrating it to Chamilo, the new 
(really
open) branch of Dokeos. I also contributed to the Dokeos-videoconference 
integration
initially (before it became openmeetings :-)).
Nice to see there's interest, and nice to see OpenMeetings gathered so many
contributors, apparently there's been a big boom in features since I last 
checked
about 18 months ago. Great!

Hi Sebastian,

I've already had a very quick look at the gateway. Right now we're a bit too 
busy
with the release of 1.8.7, but as soon as I'm over with it, I'll try to see what
interesting stuff I can do with it.
