Message while adding new user. #475

When adding new user manually I always get an message "User added but you
need to assign this User to an Organisation, otherwise he won't be able to
sign-in." This message is shown even if I have already selected an
Organisation.

I am using OpenMeetings 0.5.1

Server has Centos 5

problem is related to the client/usability
