1- When give any user amoderator permission , this user can't add any 
Organization also the user added by this account can't appear

I think any one have amoderator permission must be able to add and manage 
an Organization or Users

2- also when I need to sent an Invitation to any one error appeare

The error appeared when the Organization added as the picture attached

Openmeetings Version : V5.2 & V5.1
Server OS : Windows 2003 Server

Please help me to solve error !!!!

=> I think you need to hit the *+* button
I could not duplicate it.

Yes before I added any Org. I hit "+" buttom , and the same error appeared

I cannot duplicate that with the latest svn sources, I guess its fixed
