Files upload but can't locate or view #611

Which version of OpenMeetings are you running?  0.7 RC1

The standard Openmeetings rooms all have the capability from the tool bar
to upload files, but only rooms with chat enabled have the capability to
actually see uploaded files and add them to the whiteboard.

If the file upload capability is there, then there sould be another option
to review uploaded files in a particular meeting.

It means that if I am in a conference room without chat enabled, I can not find 
any
way to see the files that I just uploaded.

I am used to other meeting products where I can upload a file and then add to 
the
whiteboard, for example.

In Openmeetings in the chat window, the files tab has that capability, but 
unless the
"room" contains the chat modulke, I see  no way to see a list of files or add 
that
uploaded file to the whiteboard.
