In case its an UI Bug => Images say more then words! Please attach a 
Screen-Shot.

This happens, when the install routine was called twice...
-> did u remove the install.xml and ran the install servlet again?

This problem has happened to me too.
I have removed install.xml and then run the install servlet again. Then each 
links
number has become 3.

Same things has happened to me. In order to install correctly and go back to 
showing 
only 1 menu item, which files should I look at removing?

Tried restarting MySql database with a new instance and it didn't work. Using 
W2003Server - will try full reinstall of Openmeetings.
