HTTP ERROR 503 #622

Firstly thanks to all

before 3 months I installed OM V5.2 and successfully installed and 
tested , Now I installed OM V.07Rc2 but there is some error appeare like 
the following :

HTTP ERROR :503
SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

this error appeared when I requested the link 
http://localhost:5080/openmeetings/install , I means the system not 
installed ,and there is no error at red5 logs file

Notes :
O.S  : windows 2003
O.M  : OpenMeetings 0.7 RC2
Red5 : V0.7.0
the attach file describe the error

Please I need the answer quicly if can

I'm having the same problem. Same configuration.  0.52 works fine.  I've 
removed/reinstalled red5 v0.7.0 and open meetings, following the video guide.  
I've 
tried both the full and the webapp only versions.

Is this version functional?

Please provide more information about the problem, e.g. tomcat and openmeetings 
log
files.
