HTTP ERROR 503 #623

Firstly thanks to all

before 3 months I installed OM V5.2 and successfully installed and 
tested , Now I installed OM V.07Rc2 but there is some error appeare like 
the following :

HTTP ERROR :503
SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

this error appeared when I requested the link 
http://localhost:5080/openmeetings/install , I means the system not 
installed ,and there is no error at red5 logs file

Notes :
O.S  : windows 2003
O.M  : OpenMeetings 0.7 RC2
Red5 : V0.7.0
the attach file describe the error

Please I need the answer quicly if can

hola!

did u use the red5 version from the installation description?
u can also download a bundle including correct red5 version...

-> please close issue, when it works!

Please use user forum for this kind of problems. 
Also, please send log output, server details to see what really happens.
