Request function to clear annotations #627

Which version of OpenMeetings are you running? RC2

Currently, if a user uploads a multi-slide PowerPoint to OpenMeetings (and
BTW, OpenMeetings does not recognize Office 2007 pptx files), any moderator
can clear the entire collection by hitting the "Clear Draw Area" button.

It would be desirable to have the option to clear ONLY the annotations to a
presentation leaving the imported content behind.

Alternatively, the option to clear only one or a few pages.
